Passport is seeking a Cross-Functional Operations Associate who is a detail-oriented problem solver with a collaborative mindset, focused on supporting data-driven decisions in a dynamic operational setting.

• Handle vendor and carrier inquiries professionally via email and phone.
• Investigate parcel issues and vendor concerns using various tools.
• Identify root causes and escalate issues for resolution.
• Manage daily tasks while responding to operational updates.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Analyze operational reports using tools like Tableau to identify trends.
• Review large data sets for inconsistencies and correct errors.
• Adapt quickly to new tools and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with the Operations team and cross-functional partners.
• Support process documentation and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a drive for improving workflows.
• Strong data mindset; experience with Tableau is a plus.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a remote environment.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Proficient in multitasking in high-volume settings.
• Collaborative team player valuing transparency.
• Experience with Zendesk, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
• Flexible and adaptable to evolving operational needs.
• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM EST.
