The Operations Associate will manage day-to-day operations across finance, people, and systems, ensuring the team has the structure and support to move fast and scale with confidence.

• Position: Operations Associate for Pearl Talent.
• Work Arrangement: Remote (LATAM and PH based).
• Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor.
• Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, core hours 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
• Manage financial recordkeeping and reporting.
