Overview

As an early hire on our operations team, you will play an integral role in helping our community thrive on VGen, a platform connecting creatives and creators.

In Short

• Respond to support tickets on Zendesk and collect user feedback.
• Help resolve disputes between artists and clients.
• Engage in on-site content moderation.
• Review artist verification applications.
• Assess applications to onboard new artists.
• Work closely with the Operations Lead.
• Be a key member of a small team dedicated to empowering creativity.
• Proactive self-starter who can work independently.
• Comfortable with high volumes of repetitive tasks.
• Ready to make an impact from day one.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in customer support or similar roles.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to distinguish between AI and human-made art.
• An eye for digital art/content.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work on weekends.
• Enjoy watching anime/VTubers/internet culture.
• Artist background is a plus.
