Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator at 1Password will create and maintain an outstanding candidate experience while overseeing all aspects of the hiring process.

In Short

• Responsible for enhancing the candidate experience during the hiring process.
• Collaborate closely with talent peers and hiring managers.
• Manage scheduling of interviews and creation of employment letters.
• Handle job postings across various channels to attract diverse candidates.
• Participate in special projects to develop recruitment materials.
• Maintain communication with the talent team to ensure deadlines are met.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as necessary to support the team.
• Work in EST or CST hours (9am-5pm).
• 9-month contract position.
• Remote-first company with some travel for in-person engagement.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in a Coordinator role within Talent Acquisition or HR.
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to challenges.
• Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
