Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience for every candidate and hiring team. You’ll be responsible for keeping the recruiting process organized, fast-moving, and compliant, helping us grow our team with urgency and precision.

In Short

• Coordinate and schedule all interviews across multiple time zones with speed and accuracy.
• Ensure timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse.
• Draft, edit, and publish job descriptions across multiple channels.
• Prepare offer letters, coordinate approvals, and assist with onboarding logistics.
• Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and people operations to streamline workflows.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a similar administrative role.
• Experience working with an ATS like Greenhouse, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a high level of professionalism.
• Familiarity with secure data handling and confidentiality requirements.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-trust, and mission-critical environment.
