Overview

HSMC is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help find quality talent for human services organizations focused on children and adolescents with developmental disabilities.

In Short

Full-time position with a hybrid work schedule after probation.
Responsible for posting job openings and reviewing applications.
Conduct phone screens and maintain applicant data.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Handle background screening paperwork.
Schedule new hire dates and confirm offers of employment.
Collect HR-related new hire paperwork.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience in Human Resources and/or Recruiting preferred.
Strong computer skills and attention to detail are essential.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Experience in Human Resources and/or Recruiting preferred.
Previous experience in Human Services a plus.
Strong computer skills and high attention to detail.
Effective communication skills within a diverse population.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when needed.
