As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for the Talent Acquisition department, you are a vital ambassador for Power Digital, shaping our employer brand with every interaction. Your primary mission is to support our hiring efforts for diverse talent with agility and speed, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience that reflects our people-first culture.

In Short

• Manage interview logistics and scheduling for candidates.
• Support hiring managers in staffing their teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Manage the ATS (Greenhouse) for efficient candidate tracking.
• Participate in Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
• Leverage AI capabilities to streamline hiring processes.
• Collect and manage interview feedback from hiring managers.
• Provide ad hoc support and reporting as needed.
• Contribute to the employer brand and candidate experience.
• Work collaboratively with Talent, Onboarding, and HR teams.

• Experience with HR software is a plus.
