Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in elevating the talent acquisition experience by owning and helping us optimize interview coordination and working with our TA team to enhance the candidate journey.

In Short

• Manage the candidate experience with timely communication throughout the interview process.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate coordination systems and tools.
• Monitor and follow up on interview confirmations and rescheduling requests.
• Ensure consistency in candidate documentation and process flow.
• Coordinate the pre-onboarding process for new hires.
• Act as a primary point of contact for new hires before their start date.
• Prepare and manage offer and onboarding documentation.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments for a smooth onboarding experience.
• Support ad-hoc TA projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding best practices is a plus.
