Overview

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the recruitment team in attracting top talent for Egis BLN USA Inc., managing the recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Work closely with Operational Managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs.
• Manage job postings on various platforms to attract diverse candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in the development of recruitment strategies.
• Support administrative tasks related to onboarding.
• Assist candidates with the Visa immigration process if necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
