Overview

The Project Director, Nuclear Infrastructure serves as the primary point of contact for Client, responsible for the overall leadership, governance, and strategic direction of the Site Preparation Conceptual Engineering Project.

In Short

  • Lead the project ensuring alignment with Client’s strategic objectives.
  • Maintain a collaborative relationship with the client.
  • Oversee project governance and compliance.
  • Manage contract execution and financial oversight.
  • Provide leadership to a multidisciplinary project team.
  • Facilitate communication and continuous improvement.
  • Chair project management and review boards.
  • Support high-level decision-making.
  • Promote a strong safety and quality culture.
  • Drive efficiency and knowledge transfer throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in infrastructure or nuclear-related consultancy projects.
  • Proven record as Project Director or Senior Project Manager.
  • Expertise in project governance and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Canadian nuclear frameworks is desirable.
  • PMP or IPMA Level B certification is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Primavera P6 is beneficial.
