Overview

The Vice President of HR Shared Service & Technology for the Americas will lead the strategic development and execution of HR technology initiatives to support and enhance the organization’s HR operations across North and South America.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in HR technology leadership.
• 5-10 years managing HR service center operations.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws across the Americas.
• Experience in HR technology project management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience managing vendor relationships.
