• Lead consolidation of financial reporting for the Americas region.
• Support monthly flash reporting and KPI submissions.
• Validate data from country finance teams and identify anomalies.
• Prepare presentations for Group Finance and regional leadership.
• Support annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Oversee G&A reporting and analysis for transparency and accuracy.
• Develop and streamline reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Group FP&A for consistency in methodologies.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to the CFO Americas.

Requirements

• CPA or additional financial certifications preferred.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in FP&A or financial reporting.
• Experience in multinational organizations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and FP&A processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
