Senior Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Costa Rica FP&A Team is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support the North America Corporate team with financial deliverables, including month-end close responsibilities, spending forecasting, and performance metrics monitoring.

In Short

• Assist with monthly close, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Collaborate on spending forecasts and annual budgets.
• Support product-level GL and revenue reporting.
• Review financial holds/write-offs and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Promote process improvements and handle ad-hoc requests.
• Manage miscellaneous finance tasks and create procedure documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Master's in business administration or CPA preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in Finance.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Ability to interpret financial data from large datasets.
• Expert level skills in Excel; experience with Tableau, Oracle, and Hyperion ideal.
• Proven initiative and process improvement skills.
• Ability to provide clear business solutions.
