Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst at Xsolla will play a crucial role in building and maintaining financial models, managing monthly financial close processes, and providing insights to drive productivity and profitability within the company.

In Short

• Build and maintain driver-based models for productivity and profitability.
• Run monthly close & variance; identify root causes, risks, and opportunities.
• Maintain monthly P&L + cash flow reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Builders, Sellers, and Ops on various financial projects.
• Support finance processes with clear guidelines.
• Translate productivity/profit drivers into operating strategies.
• Drive quarterly reforecast and annual planning processes.
• Package insights for leadership regarding trends and risks.
• Enhance data pipeline and model governance.
• Automate recurring FP&A processes.

Requirements

• 5–10 years in FP&A, finance analytics, or related roles.
• Strong executive-grade communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Experience with ERP/planning tools like NetSuite or Jedox.
• Fluency in accounting principles and cash flow understanding.
