Senior Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Financial Analyst at Extreme, you will play a critical role in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across the Services organization, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

In Short

• Serve as a strategic business partner to department leaders.
• Lead the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.
• Participate in cross-functional planning meetings.
• Translate complex financial data into clear insights.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for performance tracking.
• Prepare detailed financial reports for senior leadership.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and business models.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
