Overview

The Premier Success Manager (PSM) is the key customer advocate and leader providing high touch engagement for Extreme’s most valued customers, ensuring their success throughout the customer lifecycle.

In Short

  • Act as the primary account contact for Customer Success.
  • Coordinate all post-sales account-related activities.
  • Engage proactively with customers for product enhancements.
  • Provide quarterly reviews and regular communications with customers.
  • Monitor and track all support cases and trends.
  • Facilitate customer visits and off-hours stand-by as needed.
  • Mentor and coach co-workers and peers.
  • Support sales team on pre-sales activities.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and technical knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in telecommunications or related technical field.
  • 5 years of customer support experience in data communications.
  • Excellent project planning and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage critical situations effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Proven experience in networking and technical support operations.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and cultures.
  • Self-starter with strong motivation.
