Overview

The Senior Payroll Analyst will manage all aspects of payroll for the company’s US and Canada entities, collaborating with Finance, Legal, HR, and external vendors.

• Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state and Canada.
• Ensure compliance with wage laws and tax regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years payroll experience in a multi-state environment.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and tax compliance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business Administration.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
