Overview

Kasa is searching for a remote Senior Payroll Analyst to join our cutting-edge Finance & Accounting team. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

In Short

• Process end-to-end payroll, including tax changes and adjustments.
• Manage payroll compliance across federal, state, and local levels.
• Support month-end close with payroll-related reports.
• Conduct monthly payroll audits for accuracy.
• Collaborate with People Operations on payroll queries.
• Advise on payroll best practices.
• Manage year-end payroll tasks, including W-2s.
• Identify and implement payroll process improvements.
• Work independently in a fast-changing environment.
• Communicate effectively across teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of full-cycle payroll processing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance laws.
• Proficient with ADP, Netsuite, Excel, and Google Suite.
• Understanding of payroll accounting and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Team player with a focus on confidentiality.
