Staff Full-Stack Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Lead design, development, and optimization of critical systems for pricing strategies and operational capabilities.
• Take ownership of architectural decisions ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and perform code reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure successful project execution.
• Shape the long-term technical roadmap and propose innovative solutions.
• Mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure uninterrupted live operations through performance optimization.

• Contribute to long-term product and engineering strategy.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a staff or senior engineering role.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js-based web application frameworks (e.g., Nest.js).
• Extensive experience with cloud-based architectures and tools, particularly AWS.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (MongoDB, MySQL, Postgres, DynamoDB).
• Experience with agile methodologies and rapid iteration cycles.
• Strong EQ and ability to foster collaboration across teams.
• Willingness to travel 1-2 times per quarter.
