In Short

• Oversee physical security, environmental health and safety, connectivity, and essential services.
• Lead a team responsible for secure environments, reliable internet service, and efficient utility management.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate service setups.
• Conduct on-site risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Direct Wi-Fi and utility operations across all properties.
• Audit usage and billing data for cost-savings opportunities.
• Develop and manage environmental health & safety programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to scale building systems.
• Ensure compliance and performance of contracted services.
• Support incident response and post-event reviews.

Requirements

• Experience in physical security and safety management.
• Strong understanding of Wi-Fi and utility operations.
• Ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
• Proven track record in vendor management.
• Excellent risk assessment and mitigation skills.
• Strong analytical skills for auditing and optimization.
• Ability to collaborate across various departments.
• Knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
