• Lead People Operations team including HR, recruiting, and performance management.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in People Operations, HR, or Talent roles.
• Experience with tools and systems like Lattice, Culture Amp, and Greenhouse.
• Strong communication skills and organizational agility.
• Expert-level experience with analytics to support team engagement.
• Experience in a remote-first or distributed team environment.
• Excited to prototype and deploy intelligent agents and AI-driven analytics.
