Overview

The Director of People Systems & Analytics will oversee strategy related to people technology and data analytics, defining the organization’s people systems and analytics strategy and translating HR data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or IT-related field.
• Seven years of experience in HR technology or data analytics.
• Strong understanding of statistical models and methods.
• Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Ability to manage projects and communicate findings clearly.
• Fluency in verbal and written English.
• Computer literacy and basic skills for technology utilization.
