As Director of People Analytics, you will lead the development and execution of a global analytics strategy that transforms complex workforce data into impactful insights. Supporting a diverse, global employee population of over 10,000 across multiple business units, you’ll play a hands-on role in embedding analytics into everyday HR operations. You’ll establish scalable processes that ensure insights are operationally relevant, while defining and tracking KPIs that reveal workforce trends and inform strategic decisions. By combining technical expertise with compelling data storytelling, you’ll enable HR and business leaders to make informed, forward-looking decisions that drive long-term value across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years in HR analytics or a related field.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, or R.
• Strong understanding of business operations.
• Proven success in driving organizational change.
• Excellent communication skills for complex data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or related field required.
• Relevant certifications in HR analytics or data science are a plus.
