Director of Analytics - Remote

Overview

The Director of Analytics will spearhead the development and execution of organizational analytics strategy, manage relationships with partners and stakeholders, and lead various analytics personnel in a federated capacity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Computer Science, Clinical Informatics, Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of seven years in progressively responsible roles within Information Technology.
• Extensive understanding of data management principles.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Comprehensive understanding of data literacy concepts.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry practices.
• Ability to develop and execute analytics strategies.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
