Contingent Workforce Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Contingent Workforce Program Manager will oversee all aspects of LPCH’s contingent workforce strategy and program operations, ensuring the effective and compliant use of contingent labor.

• Develop and implement a centralized contingent workforce management program.
• Manage Contingent Workforce Specialist(s) and set standards on program excellence.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
• Partner with HR and operational stakeholders for workforce planning initiatives.
• Mitigate risks associated with contingent worker assignments.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts.
• Design processes for onboarding and oversight of contingent labor.
• Monitor program effectiveness and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Analyze key performance indicators for contingent workforce management.
• Develop presentations for senior leadership on program performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Five years of experience managing contingent workforce programs.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience in project management and process improvements.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
