• Support the Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) program.
• Ensure smooth operations across contractors, freelancers, vendors, and service providers.
• Collaborate closely with partners like KellyOCG and systems like Beeline (VMS) and SAP.
• Own and troubleshoot critical integrations.
• Manage timecard workflows and SOW tracking.
• Provision IDs as needed.
• Analyze and report on key metrics.
• Continuously improve performance and compliance.
• Work with one of the largest insurers in the U.S.
• Support a wide range of insurance and financial services products.

Requirements

• Experience in workforce management.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with data integration systems.
• Proficiency in Beeline and SAP.
• Ability to troubleshoot system integrations.
