Utilize workforce management tools effectively.
Maintain accurate records of operations.

Requirements

Experience in workforce management or similar role.
Familiarity with NICE, Zendesk, Verint, or Aspect.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
