The Senior Associate of Sales Operations supports high-impact business operations at Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds, serving as a key liaison across Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Ecommerce teams.

• Manage the full promotional deal lifecycle across various retail channels.
• Partner with Sales Leadership for business reviews and trade spend performance.
• Support the annual promotional planning process.
• Manage promotional financial operations and ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain vendor records and compliance with data standards.
• Assist sales teams with product maintenance requests.
• Support trade show logistics and ad hoc projects.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Support various projects as needed.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a CPG company within sales operations or a related analytical role.
• CPG or retail experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Oracle and Demantra is a plus.
