Overview

The Sales Operations Associate at FIJI Water plays a vital role in supporting the sales team through insights, reporting, and operational support, ensuring the success of account management.

In Short

• Manage promotional plans in the trade promotion management system (TPM).
• Conduct regular status and activity calls with Sales Account Executives.
• Handle customer portal requirements and deal management.
• Create promotional sell sheets and maintain SOPs.
• Collaborate with sales, FP&A, and accounting teams.
• Oversee promotional spending and resolve customer deductions.
• Support Sales Account Executives during sales planning meetings.
• Attend up to 5 sales/team meetings per year.
• Maintain organized documentation in shared drives.
• Identify and execute solutions for changing business conditions.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations or account management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and quantitative problem solver.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with DemandTec and VIP/iDig is a plus.
