Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to join our global Sales team. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the execution of strategic sales initiatives. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure streamlined processes, accurate reporting, and successful collaboration across departments.

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the global Sales team.
• Maintain and verify Salesforce opportunity data.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations or Finance.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience using Salesforce.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.
• Fluent in both English and Greek.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
