Overview

The Sales Operations Associate will play a key role in building relationships with retailer staff and ensuring effective communication to enhance business performance.

In Short

• Manage store-level communications and build relationships with retailer staff.
• Analyze feedback to suggest business improvements.
• Work closely with the Sales, Tech Support, and Operations teams.
• Coordinate regular communications with partners.
• Monitor ongoing service performance and provide support.
• Conduct weekly retailer reporting to identify sales trends.
• Utilize Microsoft Suite and Jira for operations management.
• Work on weekends with a schedule from Wednesday to Sunday.
• Propose solutions based on retailer feedback.
• Maintain documentation and training materials.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• High levels of integrity and self-motivation.
• Proficient analytics skills including data management.
• Experience with Jira and Zoho/CRM is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
