Overview

As a Technical Support Coordinator at KeyMe, you will be responsible for calibrating kiosks and providing technical support to ensure their optimal performance.

Use proprietary tools to provide technical support to kiosks
Follow escalation procedures for quality resolution
Analyze data to improve processes
Contribute to enhancing the knowledge base

Requirements

Knowledge of Linux command-line and scripting languages (python or bash)
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
One year of Linux experience (preferred)
