Overview

As a Technical Coordinator at Javelot, you will manage the deployment of digital solutions in the Scandinavian region, ensuring compliance with cost, quality, and safety standards while supporting the transition to eco-responsible agricultural practices.

In Short

• Manage deployment of Store&Save solutions in the Scandinavian region.
• Conduct site audits and select technical solutions.
• Find and manage partnerships with subcontractors.
• Define KPIs for customer deployment actions.
• Oversee maintenance operations and liaise with R&D.
• Manage budgets to optimize installation costs.
• Ensure compliance with installation constraints and quality standards.
• Support the sales team in business development efforts.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates on installation schedules.
• Ensure facilities are operational before harvest seasons.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, preferably in the agricultural sector.
• Strong negotiation and partnership management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial targets.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Scandinavian languages is a plus.
