Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
• Comfortable working fully remote with reliable internet.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work shift-based schedules (within ~40 hours/week).
• Preferred: Ability to handle conversational Mandarin.
