Cho Tot Cars is seeking passionate candidates to help develop the promising vehicle market in Vietnam. The ideal candidate is young, dynamic, professional yet approachable, and enjoys communicating with various customer groups.

In Short

  • Consult with customers about vehicles (cars and motorcycles) using the listing service on chotot.com.
  • Identify and approach potential customers through telesales and market visits.
  • Maintain relationships with current customers and assist them in using services on chotot.com.
  • Plan weekly/monthly sales and report results to superiors.
  • Manage customer data and work results on the CRM system.
  • Perform other tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and market outreach.
  • Knowledge of the vehicle industry in e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Hardworking with strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to plan sales and work under pressure.
  • Good listening skills and resilience to customer rejections.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a Sales Specialist role.
  • Clear and pleasant voice, free of local accents.
  • University or college degree.
