Overview

The Sales Specialist at INSIDEA will drive the full sales cycle, promoting and selling digital marketing services and HubSpot CRM solutions while working in a fully remote organization.

In Short

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Promote and sell digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, etc.) and/or HubSpot CRM solutions.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads.
  • Conduct needs analysis and tailor customized proposals and presentations.
  • Manage pipeline using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with HubSpot CRM and Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS).
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (sales or implementation) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and services.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
