Overview

The Sales Specialist is responsible for generating and cultivating an increasing loyal customer base for BASCo products through active selling with end-users, ensuring continuous growth in market share within their designated area.

In Short

  • Develop sales plans including market analysis and competitor information.
  • Execute coverage plans for existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct physical and virtual sales calls to build customer relationships.
  • Manage order generation and ensure timely processing and collection.
  • Provide technical assistance and handle customer complaints.
  • Monitor and analyze end-users purchase performance.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Participate in company programs for quality improvement and corporate responsibility.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

  • Graduate or minimum two years of study in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science or Food Technology.
  • At least two years of experience in related work.
  • Must possess a Motorcycle Driver's License.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in electronic applications.
  • Ability to analyze problems and take corrective actions.
  • Willingness to travel.
