Innovation Officer - Remote

Overview

The Innovation Officer is responsible for leading the innovation program across Aboitiz Foods, driving business and process improvements through ideation, workshops, and employee engagement.

In Short

• Lead and execute innovation projects within plants and business units.
• Collaborate with process owners to promote innovation participation.
• Support the creation of business cases for project viability.
• Facilitate access to innovation funding and oversee experimentation activities.
• Provide updates to stakeholders on project status and risks.
• Identify innovation opportunities aligned with business objectives.
• Collect and analyze data related to business challenges.
• Coach and mentor members of the Innovation Task Force.
• Participate in quality improvement and sustainability initiatives.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering preferred.
• At least 2 years of related work experience in project execution.
• Lean Manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a diverse workforce.
• Collaborative and effective communication skills.
