Overview

Arsenault is searching for a Chief Information Officer (US) on behalf of our client, the leading publisher of Career and Technical Education print and digital learning resources.

In Short

• Reports to the President with two Senior Directors reporting in.
• Role is hybrid or remote with frequent travel to the Chicago office.
• Oversees technology strategy, implementation, and maintenance across the organization.
• Focus on technology optimization, customer satisfaction, and security.
• Supports and leads teams in Digital Media and Information Technology.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Responsible for technology optimization, including systems, processes, and cybersecurity.
• Oversees IT and Digital Media Teams.
• Communicates technology strategy to stakeholders.
• Moderate travel required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, or business administration required.
• At least 10 years of experience in information systems and technology.
• Strong technology background and understanding of tech ed standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with technology partners.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams.
