Overview

The Customer Service Representative will provide support to applicants through effective communication and problem-solving skills in a remote working environment.

  • Maintain knowledge of FORWARD application programs.
  • Adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • Bilingual abilities preferred (English/Chinese or Spanish).
  • Work independently with a high volume of activity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Technically savvy and quick to learn new systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Preferred schedule: 6 am-3 pm.
  • U.S. work authorization required.
