Overview

The Customer Service Representative at Nemera is responsible for managing assigned customers, handling order processing, inventory management, and providing key account support while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Manage customer orders, including acceptance, tracking, and invoicing.
  • Update pricing in SAP based on key account guidelines.
  • Coordinate logistics and inventory management with clients.
  • Monitor customer payments and collaborate with finance on outstanding invoices.
  • Prepare reports and analyze KPIs.
  • Act as the commercial point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Participate in project meetings and customer discussions.
  • Occasional travel may be required for customer support.
  • Provide support in creating offers based on key account discussions.
  • Generate statistics and reports for monthly closures.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training.
  • Experience in sales and organization.
  • Strong SAP knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
  • Strong customer orientation and organizational skills.
  • Analytical thinking and a high level of initiative.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer support.
  • Reliability and responsibility.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
