Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll use your empathy and listening skills to help patients with their fertility challenges, ensuring a compassionate and efficient service.

In Short

  • Handle 25-30 inbound and outbound calls from patients.
  • Work with patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure 100% follow-up.
  • Accurately obtain and enter patient information.
  • Must reside in Arizona; remote work available.
  • Prior Authorization experience preferred.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
