Remote Inpatient Telepharmacist, Third Shift

Overview

As a Telepharmacist, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple hospitals using innovative technology in a fully remote role.

• Provide remote pharmacy services, including order entry, verification, and clinical review.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist license in multiple states.
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital or inpatient pharmacy experience.
• Strong clinical knowledge including medication therapy management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Licensed in a minimum of three states: MA, NH, VT, CT, ME.
