Provider Services Lead Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Provider Services Lead Analyst is responsible for managing account receivable activities for a specific Provider Book of Business, collaborating with Provider Relations Executives to enhance provider experience and ensure accurate claims administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in benefits and claims administration.
• Advanced knowledge of Cigna claim/supporting systems.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with provider contracting preferred.
• Strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage and resolve problems effectively.
• Project management skills required.
• Ability to handle confrontational situations professionally.
• Some travel required (up to 10%).
