Overview

We are hiring a Team Lead, Member and Provider Services to join our Member and Provider Services team at Oscar, a health insurance company that focuses on serving its members through a technology-driven platform.

Requirements

• 2+ years in operations or customer service.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience using data to drive improvements.
• Familiarity with LEAN practices.
• Experience with BPO vendors.
• Ability to work with teams across multiple locations.
