Oscar is hiring a Manager, Strategy & Operations to join our Utilization Management Optimization and Strategy team, focusing on high standards of accuracy and efficiency in departmental workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in strategic planning or management consulting in healthcare.
• 3+ years of project/program delivery experience.
• Experience in executing enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Ability to use data and metrics for program improvements.
