Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, including Management Consulting or Investment Banking.
• Proven track record in stakeholder and project management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Deep understanding of complex operational processes.
• Ability to influence senior leaders.
• Operational mindset with a focus on process execution.
• Experience working with product teams is a plus.
