In Short

• Lead, develop and execute strategic projects across different functions.
• Provide operational support to our Founder, ensuring timely and effective decision-making on key issues such as partnerships, community development, and ecosystem growth.
• Analyze complex problems, identify key issues, and develop creative solutions that drive progress and resolve obstacles.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives across various teams, including ecosystem development, developer relations, marketing, and community outreach.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including teams and departments, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in strategic planning and operations management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with the crypto industry and decentralized technologies is a plus.
