In Short

• Full-time position as Head of Finance.
• Remote work from UTC-5 to UTC+3, preferred in Europe.
• Responsible for financial, legal, and operational functions.
• Manage investments and prepare financial reports.
• Oversee relationships with financial service providers.
• Develop and execute financial strategy and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial standards.
• Implement first ERP and design integrations.
• Work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Tools include Excel/Sheets, Slack, Telegram, Google Suite.

Requirements

• Proven background in web3 financials.
• Experience in financial planning and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of compliance and accounting standards.
• Ability to manage outsourced accounting services.
• Experience with on-chain financial activities.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Self-starter with proactive approach.
• Ability to work in a distributed team.
• Experience with financial reporting and asset management.
• Familiarity with structured products.
