Head of Finance - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance to drive the financial strategy and operations of a rapidly scaling payment orchestration company. With a strong track record of processing transactions for four years and a focus on expansion in the USA and European markets, this role is critical to supporting the company’s ambitious growth trajectory. The HoF will oversee all financial functions, ensuring financial health, compliance, and strategic alignment with the company’s long-term objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles.
• Experience scaling companies in international markets.
• Strong background in financial modeling and analysis.
• Deep knowledge of payment ecosystems and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
• Experience with compliance frameworks like PCI DSS and PSD2.
• Familiarity with payment orchestration models.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA designation is a plus.
